As founder of Bounche, currently direct all operations with local and regional projects. Provide leadership for a 60-person workforce and hold full P&L responsibility. Oversee all finances, business development, marketing, production, human resources, and administrative affairs.

Initially recruited as a Senior Creative Designer in charge of company’s brand image and involved in almost all of digital marketing campaign projects. Controlling traffic from regional projects such as SG, MY, PH and VN. Challenged by owner to turn around poor sales and financial losses. Advanced quickly to dual role as Creative Manager / Regional Controller, and climbed to Operational Manager in mid of 2010. Selected Results: • Developed a new framework for creative and technology department to have a more synergize execution. • Introduced a new workflow system for production team to easily organize and monitor regional projects. • Lead all creative development for the key client such as Samsung, Rohto, TOP1, Marie France, and Pizza Hut. • Despite a small budget, developed the most successful online campaign for Samsung mobile, directly driving sales and growing partner relationships.• Lead interactive concept and strategy on agency pitch efforts.

Motivated by a quote “Success before 25”, founded Kabin Studio, a company focused on creative development and printing. Strive to survive mostly with website development, yearbook and annual reports. Selected Results: • Responsible for presentation of strategy and creative concepts to all clients. • Managed and oversee a diverse creative department of art directors, copywriters and freelancers. • Created the Badmini character for Ivana Lee; former Indonesia badminton champion.
