As an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and in High Courts , I represent clients in high-profile and complex cases involving criminal law, constitutional law, commercial litigation, public policy, human rights, international law & International & Domestic Arbitration.With over five years of experience in this role, I have successfully argued and defended multiple petitions, appeals, and writs before the apex court and various high courts across the country and Arbitrations such as LCIA among other arbitrations. Also is an Of- Counsel to several top law firms.Prior to becoming an Advocate, I served as a Deputy Secretary at Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of India. I also held the positions of Under Secretary at the same organisation . I have also served as Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh. Additionally, I have a distinguished background as an Indian Army Officer (Armoured Corps) . I have served in various operational and staff roles .Throughout my career, I have demonstrated leadership, integrity, professionalism, and excellence in the service of the nation and the public interest.
