Assistant General Manager:Primary focus of duties included inventory control, reverse logistics, customer service, daily operations, scheduling, and direct supervision and training of support staff. Responsible for analyzing inventory levels and turns, cycle counts, adjusting on hand quantities and reducing outages in an effort to decrease lost sales. Special project:• Evaluated less than efficient stores, provided solid leadership, initiate positive changes and developed workable strategies primarily to the supply chain function, in an effort to make the stores more profitable.
