During this time, I focused my efforts on preparing for the U.P.S.C. Civil Services Examination (C.S.E.). After passing the Prelims and Mains stages with Optional Major Subject (Geology), Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Environment and Ecology, Science and Technology, World Affairs, International Relations, Ethics and Integrity, and Current Affairs, I appeared in my first U.P.S.C. C.S.E. interview.This stage has taught me the following:1. Good things aren't simple to get by.2. Life may be transformed in an instant. Make the most of what you have while you still have it.

Working for Rio Tinto is always an honour and a source of pride for me. In this position, I was the key technical person on-site responsible for derisking any geological complexity in the mining designs. Developed and handled projects, teams, operational problems, and all geology concerns on the job site. Running experiments on challenging below-water-table material for acceptable Crusher feed was a major project activity. During this time, I was an advanced Vulcan and MS Office user.

Data collection, validation, interpretation, modelling, and other duties for grade control work, machineries/process monitoring and handling, and the reconciliation process were among the most important. At Hope Downs 1, the Moisture Profiling study and Materials Characteristic Study were key project engagements. Developed a training assistance for all RTIO locations on 'Plant Feed Optimisation.'

I was involved in integrating geosciences, mine operations, planning, and metallurgy to predict throughput performance, Transported Moisture Limit (TML) management, understanding difficult ores, and in-situ moisture to enable for value chain optimization. In collaboration with the Resource Evaluation team, we created a long-term integrated stockpile management system for all RTIO locations.Conferences:1. Geomet- Geoscience forum.2.
