Lead a team of creatives and writers to communicate and share content that promoted our month-long arts festival here in Tāmaki Makaurau. Developed and managed key marketing and communication strategies, worked alongside our Art Director and their team to produce on-brand content, built media relationships and gained vital earned-media opportunities, and supported the team with copywriting and proofing.

I crafted the social media strategy for the Swarckland Instagram and TikTok accounts, Chlöe's 2023 general election campaign community that assisted in getting her re-elected for a second term as the Auckland Central MP — a very first for a Green Party Member of Parliament. I was focused on content testing, learning and leveraging Chlöe's influence to organically achieve over 3 MILLION video plays and grow our accounts to over 9K followers in just 5 months. Through impactful content and partnering with local leaders and organisers, our social media team were able to foster a highly engaged online community that still lives on post-election.

Freelance writing work for a variety of business including, Good Magazine, Nak-ed, MOTAT, and Mobicomm.

This part-time internship is allowing me to gain valuable workplace experience regarding deadlines, writing both features for print and short online stories as well as generating social media content.

Here I have worked on a variety of articles and columns. In 2018 I had a social awareness column called "Social Movement". I currently complete the events page called "FOMO" as well as being a part of the news team. I have written a feature article on the natural environments state and what we can do to help, (this is linked below, pages 26-28).

While doing a paid internship here I was bringing together my passion for generating content and organisation. I learnt to work to harsh deadlines and keeping a team informed and up to date on what is happening. It was truly great experience and I learnt a lot that will stick with me in the future.

This job was a transition to a smaller team that had a different target market/group. It allowed me to work on my teamwork skills and develop them into a strong skill set. I left this job as I wanted to focus on my return to study in February, after my personal year.

This job allowed me to work on my people skills. I found out who I was as an employee as well as my work ethics. it opened my eyes to my strengths and weaknesses.
