Looking after the complete business of Branchless Banking (Omni) of UBL and committed to make Omni the only profitable branchless banking business player in the industry.• Strong coordination with product, technology & operations teams in order to streamlining & re-engineering processes & policies in spreading and enhancing the branchless Financial Services offered by the Bank.• To conduct market research to identify and study segments & customer insights related to the use of Financial Services for the under-banked & financially secluded people in Pakistan• To identify and explore the potent markets/industry which contributes in channel strengthening and aid in gaining competitive advantage to the MFS Brand.• To arrange, mobilize and maintain the standard threshold of deposit, to generate a series of NII, contributing the group in streamlined source of revenue. • To address, meet & abide the regulatory requirements to be ensured at all levels of transaction on the structural process definition. • To respond and cater the law enforcement agencies queries as and when arise.

Managing and overseeing the nationwide Retail and Distribution network of Branchless Banking - Omni- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the targets. - forecasts and KPI reporting for the financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.- Land and expand: building funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion- Establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internallyAcquring and POS: Driving high-profile, cross functional strategies and plans, and working in tandem with internal partners to identify and cultivate acquirer & POS growth opportunities.

- Overseeing branchless and merchant business portfolio and deriving insights through regular review and analyzing of reports and monitoring of product performance.- Supervising income generating points, as well as the specific bank charges (fees, commissions, default charges etc.) at various points. - Portfolio management - Activating and retaining the merchants and customers.- Optimizing channels mix and synergies. Continuously analyse, review, and recommend redesign of functional processes to achieve better results.
