Recommends, analyzes, tests, and maintains software and hardware requirements of the company ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. • Led the perfect delivery (on time, within scope, within budget) of High Availability Network Program which increased Company’s end-to-end network availability from 93.82% to 99.5%. Total cost of ownership for the program is US$ 9 million over 5 years with a projected benefit of US$ 2 million cost avoidance due to recovery of loss hours. The program entailed fully outsourcing of the whole infrastructure services; the first of such engagement in the Philippines. • Led the delivery of Company’s radio communications transformation by redesigning the whole radio infrastructure and converting from the existing analog to a digital system. Engaging in a subscription model that is first and the only one in the Philippines so far. It is projected to save the company US$ 2 million over 5 years. The redesigned system addresses operational requirements, increases service reliability through SLA, and introduces augmented communication security through digital encryption technology. • Served as the technical lead for networks in the migration of Company’s email platform from an on-premise Lotus Notes email system to a cloud based Google Apps for business. • Worked as a consultant to the project team in the optimization of Company’s network security through vulnerability assessment and implementation of next-generation network security solutions.
