Personal Health Coach (PHC) role is to guide and hand hold Hcl customers to improve maintain and enhance their health, promoting wellness and helping individuals realize their optimum state of health. PHC will be responsible for developing a wellness coaching relationship with clients and assisting the client through the process of actively working towards better health by providing support, encouragement, and education.

Job role is to provide Nutritional counselling and help Clients to develop Good eating habits that promote healthy metabolism, good immune response, and a healthy body weight, Developing meal plans for individuals to promote health and wellbeing.

Worked for a TV show called Diet menu Which get telecasted in ETV Abhiruchi twice a day (11:15pm,8:30pm).Theme of the show is to consider different medical condition every week and Customize different Recipes, explain Nutritional value, Presenting healthy Recipes to Audience .

Worked as Guest faculty of SECC course for Subject Balanced Nutrition and weight loss Management. Key role is to teach students importance of Nutrition and engage them in various activities related to Nutrition.
