As an engineer worked on Twilio video SDK team. This team provides APIs for application developers to add audio/video conferencing in their applications. I worked primarily on enhancing our open source javascript SDK. This involved working closely with backend engineers in designing the major system changes to enhance and scale audio/video call experience for our customers.

As an engineer on the Messenger RTC team, I was dedicated to improving the audio and video call experiences on Facebook Messenger. My role required a deep understanding of WebRTC protocols and using Facebook's infrastructure to evaluate and enhance user experiences.I was responsible for implementing a feature that allowed users to send text messages during video calls, which I later rolled out to all users after measuring a significant positive impact. Additionally, I provided support to other team members by assisting with the setup and evaluation of A/B experiments for their features.

As a full-stack engineer, I was involved in the development of in-app purchase functionality for the HBO app. This required a collaborative effort between client-side and back-end services, aimed at supporting multiple app stores.Before that, I was part of the client platform team where I helped develop a JavaScript framework for media app development across multiple devices and operating systems. This framework allowed HBO to create its HBO Now and HBO Go applications for platforms such as iOS, Android, Desktop, Xbox, PS4, and others using a single, shared codebase.

Worked on next generations of Intel System-On-Chip bring-up for windows platform. Developed a driver for GMM Chip for audio recognition software.

As a developer on Xbox Kinect team I owned a developer tool – Visual Gesture Builder (VGB) – and related runtime Kinect APIs. VGB is a machine learning environment that lets game developers train ML models using Kinect’s Depth and Skeleton streams. Corresponding runtime APIs, lets them use those models in XBOX games and apps to detect player’s gestures. I was responsible for complete functionality of this tool including UI, implementation of underlying machine learning algorithms, and runtime APIs.

As a developer in Bing Travel, I was responsible for maintaining and enhancing travel related web pages and instant answers. I developed new experiences for quick flight prices that involved working e2e from data ingestion, backend systems as well as front end experiences.
