Manager Payroll - Corporate HR> Acting as central point of contact at corporate office for PAN India group Companies and Divisions. > To co-ordinate with Payroll processing Vendor for entire Group. > Acting as a mentor for Payroll Team & HR colleagues. > Responsible for supervising payroll management for 25 Divisions & to guide Payroll Team for smooth administration of Payroll activities ,ensuring compliance, accuracy & on time payroll processing., > Payroll & HRIS Data management. > Analyzing processses & recommending modifications to enhance operational / process efficiency, automation of payroll activities.> Responsible for implementation of various HR / Payroll policies for entire Group.> To coordinate with with all Divisions & payroll vendor for implementation of Salary revision. Responsible for providing PAN India salary increment data to vendor & verification of Payroll output for entire Group.> To coordinate with Internal Audit Team for Group Payroll Audit.
