Product Development• Provide input on ultrasound product development and design, and work closely with Engineering to ensure that clinical needs are incorporated into product design. - Product definition, clinical feature specifications, user interface design, product optimization, implementation, benchmarking- Distill image quality, workflow and preset optimization to ensure effective ‘demonstration and installation’ readiness and maximize competitive nature of finished product.- Input on launch positioning- Evaluate engineering releases and clinical validation of pending releases • Clinical input to operator manual• Management and monitoring of Limited Market Release (LMR) evaluation sites to ensure timely and accurate reporting and completionCustomer Satisfaction/Escalations• Responsible for supporting the Zonare Sales Division and Technical Support Department in maintaining customer satisfaction and quality control.• Hot Site/Escalations Support to ensure two way communications effectively resolves any and all issues relating to equipment or staff, particularly in situations where customers have issues that have not been resolved at a local or regional level.• Serve as a focal point for customer input/market intelligence regarding product improvement.OEM Devices and Software (QPath, Wireless network devices, Structured Reporting)• Cultivate and maintain liaison relationships with OEMs in terms of equipment integration, interface optimization, and performance• Support or attend installations as necessary when they include heavy OEM activity, and relay status and details as necessary.• Ongoing communication of customer feedback to product definition and product development teams.• Manage information exchange between OEMs, Zonare engineering, and the Zonare field team.

*Sales demonstrations and clinical account management.•Trade show, multi-modality clinical applications and customer training with respect to Zonare ultrasound equipment.•Account education, training and system troubleshooting.•Applications and sales training support for St Jude Medical View Mate™ Z ultrasound system and Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE).•In-field ultrasound clinical engineering support including beta site management and pre-release software/hardware evaluation.

•Monitor and analyze sales data, district sales activities, and medical device industry trends to aid in managing the business and supporting the long range sales and marketing plans.•Collaborate with the district sales manager on annual sales and service forecasting to determine how the district will grow revenue.•Manage, coach and motivate 5 field-based Account Managers.

•Work with Chief Business Officer (CBO) [pre-market/post-clinical trials] in product planning. Updating and refining market analysis, customer segmentation, sales forecast, and adoption projections; and developing pre-launch product awareness among decision makers and influencers•Conduct primary and secondary market research for competitive drugs, clinical applications and companies.•Provide clinical/technical input to product Profit & Loss Statement.•Responsible for overall image quality, technical education and training, and timely collection of data during Phase II and Phase III (FDA) clinical trials of medical imaging agent. •Manage 7 field-based Clinical Imaging Specialists. •Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with industry partners such as Philips, Siemens, and General Electric.
