Created an incrementally updating BI system (Operational Efficiency Portal) for personnel reporting of the whole Conglomerate. Made it usage part of day by day business routine: both average monthly sessions amount and MAU increased to more than 5,000 and 1,000 people respectively, 100% of employees at least 1 time visited the Portal in 2020;Automated incremental loading of data from more than 20 datasources (external and internal API services, data warehouses (DWH), FTP/Shared folders, etc.).Several datasources were modified to be updated on an online basis;Build a DWH with stage, detail and cube layers for automating reporting and conducting end-to-end analytics, from the recruitment stage to the moment of employee dismissal;Created and improved more than 10 BI reports aimed at analyzing various indicators of personnel management, including dynamicly restricting access by using a Row Level Security (RLS) mechanism;Introduced operational reporting on tracking the indicators of the transition to remote work of personnel in the midst of the 2020 pandemic. In 2021 organized reporting of ill and CoVID vaccinated employees;Wrote 2 web frameworks for analyzing the organizational structure of the Conglomerate and building a graph of relationships among employees/departments based on their "digital footprint";Wrote an ETL tool based on Python in order to simplify further work of supporting the created reporting system. Started implementing Apache Airflow;Led the process of creating a web service for exchanging information with other data consumers based on REST-ful principles;Led the validation process of machine learning algorithms used in the Conglomerate to predict the probability of employee dismissal.As a result, practical conclusions on the use of systems to improve the quality of work were presented.

Participated in implementing of 3 investment projects which brought profit of >30 million rubles to the Bank in less than 6 months with a potential of >100 million rubles per year:- Preferential conversion operations via remote banking services (RBS);- Order fixing service;- Automatic preferential conversion at the office.Created, automated and improved financial results reporting with margin analysis of business lines, monitoring of transactions, customers, cash flows, market prices;Established a system for automatically sending reports to the Treasury's management;Implemented a BI reporting system:- Main report of conversion operations based on the principles of Unit-economy (CAC, ARPU, LTV, etc.)- Monitoring competitors' conversion rates, advertising (Yandex Logs API).
