- Coordinate and manage agreements with grantees, ensuring alignment with program goals and funder requirements- Oversee financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in accordance with grant guidelines- Manage procurement processes, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations- Serve as the main point of contact for grantees, providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle- Track project progress, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met- Maintain detailed records of agreements, financial reports, and procurement documents for audits and reviews

- Support in defining the content of the strategy of the Office of FSM- Implement Financial Literacy Program, conducting seminars and visiting regions of Armenia- Establish project plans for creating, enhancing and deploying new events for Financial Literacy Program- Manage and develop the official website of the Office of FSM- Write the SMM strategy of the Office of FSM- Coordinate current projects- Assist with organization of events, including creating conference agenda, corresponding with foreignspeakers and guests- Prepare and check materials published by the Office- Perform other duties and responsibilities

- Assists and supports in the execution and organizing of the “Journey to ourselves” Youth campprograms- Conduct activities designed for children participating in the camp.

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets- Implement market analysis and need assessment

- Arrange housing, healthcare, social services, service providers and interpretation for refugees- Maintain case files, submit written reports as required, provide cross-cultural information, orientrefugee families to their new community, and ensure a smooth process of resettlement- Work to connect clients with supportive community networks and support systems to ensure theirlong-term integration in the community- Attend stakeholder meetings and work with community partners to learn about resources forrefugees and make referrals when needed.
