I am an aspiring leader within my organization. I am a registered nurse with over six years of bedside experience caring for acutely ill patients requiring cardiac/vascular surgical intervention within the inpatient setting at a Level 1 trauma center, magnet designated hospital. Greater than 3 years experience as a Clinician(assistant manager) for a 34 bed unit with in a magnet hospital designated at a level 1 trauma center. Greater than 5 years experience as clinical leader within a magnet designated hospital with over 1000 beds. Greater than 8 years experience with utilizing EPIC as EMR for 1000 bed hospital. Proficient in time management, interpersonal communication, peer and employee mentoring, staff on boarding, and critical thinking skills. Previously nominated and awarded designation as "Nurse of the Year" in 2017 for Vascular Surgical Acute Care unit at Tampa General Hospital.
