I am a graduate from San Diego State University with a bachelor's in communication. I also earned my minor in TV, film, and media. I aspire to use my communication skills to best help and provide for others, no matter where I end up. Communication is our most important and versatile skill. We use it in every interaction we have and the ability to know how to communicate respectfully, efficiently, and effectively is invaluable. While being a student at SDSU I chose classes that allowed me to learn how to do just that by putting my focus on classes centered on intercultural communication, gendered communication, and so forth.The jobs I have worked while attending, and since attending, SDSU has allowed me to enhance the skills I learned while studying. Specifically, interpersonal skills. No matter where you work, you will be be working with, or for, others. And it's my responsibility to make sure I can work with them to the best of my ability, which also means being able to tailor my actions to their needs. I feel confident in my ability to do so. I have learned so much in the last few years from school and work. But I am always ready, able, and willing to learn more!
