• Psychosocial Rehabilitation: Assist the individual with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with their behavioral health condition. Help on relearning interpersonal skills, independent living, social and community growth, health and wellness and recovery.• Rehabilitation counseling to support and restore social and interpersonal skills necessary to sustain support networks, increase community awareness, develop coping strategies, and effective functioning.• Assist the individual with effectively learning adaptive behaviors responding to or avoiding identified precursors such as cravings or triggers that result in relapse or functional impairments.• Habilitation: Assist individuals in acquiring, retaining and improving skills, mobility, personal adjustment, relationship development, use of community resources and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community- based settings.• Assistance with developing strategies and supportive interventions for avoiding the need for more intensive services such as inpatient detoxification, coordinating crisis services, and consulting with current service providers.• Family Support and Training: A person-centered or person-directed, recovery oriented, trauma-informed approach to partnering with families and other supporters to provide emotional and informational support, and to enhance their skills so that they can support the recovery of a family member with a substance use disorder/mental illness.• Development and enhancement of the family’s specific problem-solving skills, coping mechanisms, and strategies for the individual’s symptom/behavior management and prevention of relapse.• CPI, HCBS, FIT, SP-TIE Trainings

• Litigation: Discovery, Depositions, Investigation• Assisted attorneys with case organization and administrative tasks.• Compiled documentation, ensuring accuracy and detail for legal briefs, responses to opposing counsel, motions to court and trial exhibits.• Collected and prepared pre-trial discoveries, records and evidence, including interviews of witnesses, clients and law enforcement.
