My name is Mahek Bathia and I am a student at Collin College currently pursuing my associate degree in general studies. I am in my second year and hoping to graduate this coming year. I would like to pursue my education at a university after obtaining my associate degree. Additionally, I am a vet tech with many years of experience in different clinics in the Dallas area. I got my veterinary assistant certification in 2020 and developed my skills over the years to achieve the level of a veterinary technician. I have had the opportunity to work in full-care clinics, surgical clinics, vaccine clinics, and shelters and have learned new things at all places. I am now continuing my education to be able to get my veterinary license. I am very driven and want to learn as much as possible about what interests me. I am also a hard worker and am motivated by the progress I see for myself and my career and I am always looking for opportunities to better my skills.
