In my most recent role I was cross trained in two areas of our customer service department and trained new employees in a years time. Managed <1% error rate in a busy office setting. I have a superb handle on technology and if I don't know it today I can have it learned tomorrow.In other roles I managed projects for national accounts: Credit Suisse, Bayer, March of Dimes, etc. I worked directly under the Regional Manager (RM). Four individuals in management at Canteen nominated me for “Be a Star”-a program for associates that provide great service and exemplify the Compass Group Values and Guiding Principles. That inspired me to propose an incentive plan that the company agreed to roll out and was even taken to corporate on my behalf by the RM. It was a program that truly made noticeable and measurable improvement in the work place.
