Partnering with the Head of People Operations, created a People Analytics function within Templafy from scratch in order to provide data reinforcement to decisions about people and organizational health. Owned the entire end-to-end people data process: including building the connections, cleansing the data, analyzing it, and presenting the reports to the Executive Committee and founders. The process owner for Templafy’s HRIS, LMS, people analytics, workforce benchmarking, and compensation benchmarking systems.

I supported the organization with new processes for onboarding, people support, and office management. I managed relationships, contracts, and price negotiations with facility-vendors / service providers and landlords. I helped create a new onboarding experience and employee guide for clearer, more automated employee starts at Templafy. I also led and coordinated Templafy Summer Party and Holiday Party planning committees and participated in other group event planning such as monthly Friday Bar events.
