I am Chef Keeba and have worked in the restaurant, health and wellness & entertainment industries and as a private celebrity chef in Chicago, Atlanta and Houston and provide culinary services and consultation. I am an Empowerment Coach and Keynote Speaker, Certified Holistic Nutritionist as well as a Certified Health and Wellness Lifestyle Coach. I created the first social service program that was utilized by an Integrated Care Center Residential shelter for adolescents in emergency temporary state guardianship and have been facilitating these types of Culinary Therapy events for 13 years. At Holistic Soul House, we specialize in Culinary Therapy, integrating holistic health coaching, behavioral health resources, and nutritional services. Our program is designed to assist individuals, families, social groups, and employers from diverse backgrounds in experiencingthe therapeutic effects of shared stories and guided dialogue. Using cooking in a family-style setting as the vehicle for this process, we foster deep connection and healing around life’s challenges. We would like to continue to offer our nationwide services.
