Im lead area manger where I assign or other manager their assigned duties for the shift and give them instrument details on Any incidents that happened prior to there shift before I respond to all Nypd and Fdny emergencies on any of our sites I also perform security guard training when need it I keep in full contact with our dispatcher’s to be informed of any incidents on sites need it assistance then I will dispatch the closest area manager to that site untill I can reach there I also write an incident report and write ups and distribute them as well I also contact general building managers director of security head engineers Account managers and my boss in case of any emergencies in any of our buildings I also made daily visits to to check up on all our sites and make sure our officers are in proper uniform and perform and all duties assigned to them sometimes holding post when needed etc.
