I have a strong foundation in human cultures, behaviors, and diversity, thanks in part to my AAS in Anthropology from Wayne County Community College District. I use this knowledge to make a positive impact in the world, both in my professional and volunteer roles.As a personal assistant Meal Prep by Cort, one of Detroit's best meal prep service providers, I handle various administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements, event coordination, and sponsorship opportunities. I demonstrate my problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills on a daily basis, and I enjoy supporting the smooth and efficient operations of the company. As a volunteer committee member at Detroit Action, a grassroots organization that advocates for social and economic justice in Detroit, I contribute to various projects and initiatives, such as hosting events, recruiting volunteers, and engaging with the community. I showcase my community building, digital organizing, and interpersonal skills, and I learn from and work with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. I am passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable society.
