Our customer-base spans the East coast, serving the United States Navy, the United States Coast Guard, and multiple petroleum installations (locally and internationally).•Supervises three (3) independent laboratories as Code 134.4 Alternate Branch Head: Fuels Test Laboratory, Cryogenics Laboratory, and U S Navy Joint Oil Analysis Program Laboratory. •Conducts formal laboratory presentations and facility tours to Shipyard Commanders, NNSY Division Heads, LEAN teams, SES personnel, NAVSUP-FLC agency, DLA-Energy agency, etc.•Analyzes Secured Fuels for governmental operations and submits “sensitive” official test reports to various agencies. •Serves as Quality Control (QC) Liaison by performing method validations and quality checks, establishing statistical QC protocols, monitoring trending and control charts, conducting blind sample analyses, and participating in Interlaboratory Proficiency Programs.•Addresses audit findings and implement corrective actions. •Serves as Chemical Hygiene/Safety liaison for Code 134.4 Fuels Lab.•Submits NAVFAC Work order requests for facility issues.•Installs new instrumentation and trains laboratory personnel. •Serves as a Technical Specialist for Code 134.4 Fuels Lab. •Develops and performs analytical test methods to determine if physical and chemical characteristics of industrial material samples (i.e., petroleum products) satisfy environmental compliance and specification regulations. •Prepares Standard Operating Procedures.•Properly follows Nuclear Manual Instructions and effectively manages classified information.•Analyzes diesel and lubricating oil for naval submarine systems. •Serves as Calibration Coordinator for Code 134.4 Fuels Lab.•Serves as internal Technical Support liaison. •Serves as Laboratory Information System (LIMS) liaison for Code 134.4 Fuels Lab.
