I am currently employed as an Administrative Assistant and have been in this role for almost 2 years. Before this, I worked as a Virtual Assistant intern for 1 year.In my current role, I am responsible for developing and maintaining CRM systems. I work closely with a Rockstar team to create high-quality and innovative marketing software. We work in an Agile environment, which means that we are constantly iterating and improving our service and products.I am highly skilled in both tech-savvy and problem-solving. I have a strong understanding of various CRM platforms/marketing tools. I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge.In addition to my technical skills, I also have an understanding of any situation and interpersonal skills. I can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. I am a team player and enjoy working collaboratively.I am passionate about my work and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge.
