With a degree from McGill University in environmental studies, focusing on envisioning and incorporating new models for societies, and a diploma from BrainStation in UI/UX design, I realized how much our daily lives can improve with the help of well-designed tools. Throughout many years in customer service and as a lifeguard, I developed a keen ability to solve problems and communicate, even when someone's life is in my hands.
