Responsible for communicating pre-employment requirements to new hires, ensuring that new hires complete all requirements, filing all required documentation, and clearing new hires to start employment. Additionally, responsible for verifying documentation to meet regulatory guidelines, including licensure, education, criminal background checks, fingerprinting, and I-9 compliance (with an accuracy rate of 99.62%). Screening criminal background checks and reference checks for areas of concern; bringing concerns to the attention of leadership for clearance. Creating new hire incentive agreements and processing to Payroll for payout. Assisting recruiters as necessary, such as job fair assistance, data entry, and pre-screening of job fair of applicants. One HR Responsibilities: Participating in a HR call center (2+ hours daily). Answering tier 1 benefit, HR administration, and employee relations questions. Escalating non-tier 1 questions for further review and resolution.
