I am lifelong global traveler, entrepreneur, mother, seeker, content creator and influencer. Since I turned 21, I have crafted a life centered around my values and love for travel. I have lived in 5 Countries, traveled to over 60, traveled full time with my two daughters for 7 years, and created a full-time business around travel since 2010.I am the co-founder of two successful online publications (with my husband Craig): This is Raleigh, a platform for anyone looking to explore the best of Wake County, and YTravelBlog, one of the world's most influential travel blogs. I have worked with the biggest brands in the world and has been featured by notable sites such as the Today Show, Conde Nast, and FOX Business, USA Today, Travel & Leisure, Forbes, National Geographic online and ABC Radio. In addition, YTravelBlog has been recognized by the White House… twice! First, via invitation to their first global travel summit as a top global influencer. Second, by being awarded a green card for our extraordinary ability in the art of travel blogging and significant contribution to the US economy through tourism.I am a Licensed Realtor, who refers home buyers, relocators and sellers to trusted Realtor partners, reducing clients the time and angst to vetting qualified realtors. My realtor partners are passionate about the buying and selling part of the business, whereas I’m passionate about helping people fall in love with where they live i.e., Raleigh and surrounds and creating content and community that serves that. I have written two ebooks, How to Create a Travel Life you Love and 12 Steps to Sacredness to help people lean into the life they really want and create epic memories. I have created several courses “6 steps to move from Blog to Business,” to help entrepreneurs make money from their love of blogging; a 6-week online program “30 days to Money Mindfulness” to help people improve their relationship with money (and create more of it!); and an online training program and webinar series to help international visitors traveling in the U.S.I am a public speaker and have keynoted some of the biggest travel conferences like TBEX and Women’s Travel Fest. She has also presented at conferences such as Problogger, New York Times Travel Show, and the Travel and Adventure Show.I believe the true purpose of life is to experience and express joy. It is my mission to live authentically to that each day and inspire and empower others to disconnect from the chaos and reconnect to what is most important to them.
