Founded in 1953, Construction Tool Service offers a comprehensive selection of tools, supplies, and safety products for contractors while serving the professional and business needs of the community.

- Qualified in every aspect of event production from fundraising to permitting, relations, volunteer coordination, outreach, booth design, setup, strike, and more.- Grown most events 15% each year.- Launched a "Producer in Residence" program at Maker Faire Orlando that brings in directors of other events to learn and share knowledge.- Co-wrote an open-source website for capturing applications to the events.- Executed events for worldwide brands as well as museums and other smaller venues.- Co-wrote an open-source Event Playbook.

- Created and manage a community of thousands of makerspace leaders, educators, and event producers.- Support the executive director, staff, and the board to oversee the direction of the organization.- Help produce and hold a yearly conference hosting over 400 makerspace leaders from across the United States.- Created multiple virtual conference spaces for our events in the Gather Platform.- Partnered with other maker organizations in 2020 to bring together over 42,000 individuals and 1,869 response groups to create Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for hospitals, medical staff, first responders, and more. In 2020, over 48,000,000 pieces of PPE were created worth over $271,000,000 was created in over 86 countries.- Worked with the FDA to find new processes to test and approve new designs of PPE for emergency use.

- 1 of 8 chosen by the Obama White House to transition its Nation of Makers initiative into a stand-alone non-profit organization. Completed the transition in only 4 months.- Worked with stakeholders in the community to find out what they want to see Nation of Makers to be. Used that data to build a non-profit to advocate for STEM education and more.

Working on bridging the digital divide between makers and boaters in the United States, Mexico, and beyond.- Work with communities, artists, and teachers in underprivileged communities.- Teach boaters digital design skills so they can design and make parts in remote areas.- Create open source designs for others to use freely.- Work with social media influencers for sales of products.

A community center for positive change that features Pittsburgh’s first tool lending library as well as a makerspace.- Hired a new Executive Director.- Supported the executive director, staff, and the board to oversee the direction of the library.- Partnered with the makerspace director to write curriculums for use in the space as well as in high schools.- Found for opportunities for grant funding and community outreach.

- Rebuilt HackPGH, Pittsburgh's first makerspace so that it yielded a ten fold increase in revenue and a sustainable ecosystem.- Grew the community three fold and more than doubled it's space and tooling.- Drafted training and curriculums for classes.- Charted outreach and external events with local and national organizations. One example being; Hosted a National Manufacturing Day conference in 2017. An event attended by many, including the City of Pittsburgh and the Secretary of Pennsylvania.- Chaired an initiative with local government to rebuild a city park in an underprivileged area, changing it into a smart park. - Created pathways for stakeholders to grow their skills, find higher paying jobs, and further their education.
