I contain multitudes.Skilled in consulting with small to medium sized start ups (as well as about to shut-downs) to dynamically build workable strategic models - optimising on the the human element - by identifying potential for simplifying organisational and operational policies and procedures, taking advantage of network effects, especially in the science and information industries.I also paint my feelings and think about how to influence social policy from the perspective of disability and income supports. I would like policy to make more sense in terms of how we invest public funds; I would like to see less fear and more bold design such that we would not chose to harm the target of our investment on the malformed basis that you need to keep people off the public purse. I would like to see this poorly cloaked version of imperialism turned inward fall to a more sophisticated model for sustaining our society through utility-level provision of basic income, medical, educational, housing, disability, and community supports. I aim to see the day when the government is not captured by those who would like to see the price of labour stay low - which is a terrible way to improve total social welfare, especially when it comes to individualised funding models.I am also Maker Jen.My love of native timbre began with feeling a kind of reflection on how native timbres adapt and are formed by the harsh and highly variable conditions of the land and feeling a kind of kindred sense of belonging.
