In charge of contacting my C.I.T.s (Counselor In Training) prior to the camp and training them to follow camp objectives, rules, policies, and directions, while showing a genuine interest in the campers. Discarding or dumping any food that the campers or staff brought that is on the allergy food list. Responsible for creating punctual, organized, and creative weekly schedules and serve as a positive role model to the youth.
