As a Mechanical Engineer with a B.E. degree from Anna University, I have a passion for product simulation and design optimization. I have developed my skills in finite element analysis (FEA), non-linear analysis, and meshing techniques through various projects and work experiences in different sectors.In my most recent role as a CAE Engineer at Apollo tyres R&D, I performed non-linear structural simulation and meshing for various tyre models, using FEA tools like Abaqus and HyperMesh. I contributed to the improvement of the tyre performance, durability, and safety, by analyzing the stress, strain, deformation, and fatigue of the tyre components. I also supported the design and development team by providing feedback and suggestions based on the simulation results. I was able to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
