First point of contact for the front of house team with regards to customer conflict /dispute resolution.Highlighting and reporting any H&S/risk management issues to the senior management team, while addressing matters independently as required.The increasingly popular Arcade Food Hall London, is located just off Tottenham Court Road, in London’s Centre Point. The main food hall showcases multiple unique brands/kitchens spread across 9 different street food style service stations, alongside an exceptional beverage and cocktail bar. While the site was primarily utilised as a multi kitchen/department foodhall, a large part of our operation was also focused on specifically tailored, private hire and event bookings.The different front of house departments/roles included greeting and welcome hosts, internal and external security, food service delivery and proactive sales teams. A major part of my on site role was to be the bridge between my team and senior management for the majority of operational tasks. Organising my team rotas/timetable, holiday allocations, absence reporting, grievance and disciplinary issues. Code of conduct,/staff handbook adherence were also under my remit .

The Famous Cock Tavern is located next door to Highbury & Islington station on Highbury Corner. As a result there would often be a varied mix of your traditional regular customers as well as passing trade from those making their way to and from the station. This made everyday very different from the next so paying attention and maintaining awareness was important at all times.This particular site holds a match day trading license for all Arsenal home games which would bring in crowds of up to 60,000 locally on matchdays and required an increase in operational capacity at times.My ability to adapt to ever changing needs and use of effective communication skills was valued very much by my team on days of this nature.
