Als senior facilitator bij Youfacilitate werk ik in en aan deze bruisende, leergierige, vooruitstrevende en gezellige organisatie. Ik werk als facilitator, moderator en technisch facilitator in ons brede netwerk. Dat wil zeggen dat ik zowel programma's voor bijeenkomsten ontwerp en ze begeleid, dat ik moderator ben van webinars en dat ik bijeenkomsten technisch ondersteun.Mijn doel is om deelnemers met elkaar op een prettige manier te verbinden en een goed gesprek te laten voeren. I was responsible for all sales activities in a specific region for the Sodexo food orginization. Together with a team of three Sales Consultants and a Sales Support Employee I was responsible for (European) tender processes at current and potential clients.

Either alone or in a team I participated in tender processes for Catering activities in the corporate segment.

Responsible for sales, the day to day activities and developing and improving services. Day tot day activties was delivery of office services (such as dry cleaning, shoe and clothing repair, car washing and hair dresser) and internet services (such as cake, flowers, presents etc.). On managament level I was responsible for a team of three people and hiring new staff.
