Elise Clayton Email and Phone Number
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy, with a BSc in Psychology and a passion for helping people move through life challenges and fulfil their potential. My specialism is working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, stress, confidence issues and low self esteem; as well as those with chronic health conditions (following my own diagnosis of MS in 2016) - to help them understand the root cause of the issues that are holding them back, regain their personal power and transform their lives. With over 20 years’ experience of working in PR and marketing agencies, in-house and running my own social media-based businesses, I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of clients to grow their businesses by raising awareness of their key messages and brand - from the strategy and planning stage to implementation and evaluation. My skillset covers the full communications spectrum, including media relations, social media management, influencer marketing, copywriting, content production, internal communications, crisis/reputation management, stakeholder engagement and securing key partnerships. My work in both areas means I understand the pressures and strains facing employees/business owners working in these environments. In light of this, I also work with in-house teams to help boost productivity and wellbeing in in the workplace, to ensure that employees maintain a healthier work/life balance and thrive in life and business.
