Managing the Information at Fastaval with all that it includes: Staffing, organizing inventory, handling participant requests (mail/on-site), provide good service, have fun and much much more!During Fastaval 2014 our accountant became ill and I picked up his work in order for the convention to deliver a finished annual report with a total turnover of 650.000+ DKK across 5 departments and expenditures also in six figures.Additionally I have been in committees within the organisation working with: Social Media, Communication, Vision, Strategy.Unpaid voluntary work.

As a transfer from Netto Denmark I assisted the Store Manager in teaching our UK staff how things are done at Netto as well as the "Netto Magic". With ~20 employees in the Ormskirk branch of which all but two were new to Netto, the challenges were many albeit very exciting.I was at one point or another responsible for the following sections of the store: Frozen, Flowers, Store front, Ambient, Fruit&Veg, Chilled.

I often help train new employees and teach them their responsibilities. In addition I have: Hired staff, worked full time in periods of demand (and studies allowed it), provided valuable feedback for the organisation and its suppliers, further educated myself in the position as a manager through experience and seminars, managed our shops Facebook page, helped out at company-wide internal events for upper management (DS-group) and more.

At HSL I helped shape our crowdfunding campaign, launch and run social media channels, copywriting, design brochures/packaging and other visuals and more.

In fall 2012 (Southern Hemisphere) I interned for Educa, a small start-up company based in Wellington New Zealand. As literally half of the total staff I undertook many various tasks most of which I was sole responsible for. I got highly involved on many levels, using not just marketing skills (purpose of the internship), but also did work on graphics, website design, user experience analysis (iPhone and web-version of the service) and much more.Focus areas: Conversion rate improvement throughout the entire funnel, market research, price optimisation, marketing.Tasks that I led/co-led: Messaging, customer experience and satisfaction, graphics for web and print, creating video tutorials, conduct job interviews, business strategy development, social media strategy development, press releases,Tasks partaken in: PR, customer service, user experience analysis, iPhone App development.Achievements:In 6 weeks, 4 times as many people opened our emails and 11 times as many visited our website after reading the email.Reduced amount of hours spent on support significantly by creating video tutorials.

Volunteer work, co-organising Denmark's largest roleplaying/boardgame conferences (600-750 participants). Responsibilities: Check-in, information services, starting events, managing groups of volunteers for setting of events, stages, floor plans.Skills required: People-friendly attitude, being organized, good communication skills.Usually amongst the first people to set foot on the ground and amongst the last to leave, making sure everything was left cleaner, prettier and better than when we got there, making sure we would be welcome again the following year since the conference relied on being able to borrow the places for free.
