We work on Speaker Diarization and Speech to Text for Chat Bots in Phase 1 and after that in Phase 2 we try to make semantic chat-bot and FAQ, and in Last Phase we try to make a bot for Customer Management and Customer Clubs. As Senior of team, I try to make blocks of handling and find new ways to fine tune existed models for Persian Language.Next Steps of Inserting AI to procedures are under researching and will have been added to these projects.

We work on Fintech Applications such as Trade Systems, Market Handling, and Customer Management systems. As my main project, I create Back-End Sections of Marketer App (Client and Admin) with Fast-API(Python) for handling Trades and Accounting properties. Moreover, in this project I learnt to work with MongoDB, JWT, and as need for connection to .NET Core systems I tried GRPC Calls too. At last but not least, I gained experience to work in lifecycle of Web Applications and Mobile Applications from scratch too and after that I complete stack of Server Side of Apllications.

At the first we worked on the design of Agriculture Drones to help optimize agriculture operations, increase crop production, and monitor crop growth. We wanted to solve many issues such as irrigation problems, soil variation, and pest and fungal infestations. Afterward, as the second project, we work on Rescue Drones (like RRT (Rapid Response), ME (Medical Emergency), and HAR (High Acuity Response) Drones). Now we have started the third project simultaneously about producing Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems and in two consequence years will have reached and finished implementation of Lvl.2.

I control some of our contracts, tender offers, auctions, and make strategy plans to get higher benefits from our exchanges and barters (Bazar Tahator-E Iranian & here are for one Group/Holding). The title is a high-level advisory position and I did my last job when needed but after some decisions that merged to this since 2017's spring.

As previous I said after gaining some experience I will get advantage. Now I have to control our department and our agents to do best for our members.

As a Deputy, I had any privilege of my manager and gave reports to our C.E.O. about our members and problems. Management of meetings with our members or future members was my another duty, or if our members had any problem or needed any questions first spoke with me. As one of my key roles was deciding about members to accepted their request for joining or how to extended our contract with previous members. Some months later after gained some more experience I became director of that department.

As a Technical Adviser, I worked on projects that offered to this company. I chose what projects were feasible and what projects with which changes could be feasible, or which companies could be useful for doing our projects(in Tenders). In some cases I determined value of projects too. Of course in the beginning it was a part time job for me,but after breakup of P.R.A.(I lost my CEO position), it became my full time job.

P.R.A. worked on analyzing softwares and IT projects. I reported to board of directors directly. I managed all employees directly in some cases but get their reports with my 2 assistant in common. I had duty to manage projects of company, I was head negotiator with company suppliers and did coaching in writing Business Plan & Project Plans too. I had a good career so I achieved very good experiences to how you can handle budget,employees,requests and do high quality projects in any condition.Unfortunately, our last taskmasters (for their money problems and sanctions) decided to stop project and most of our board decided to breakup company to prevent bankruptcy and tax problems.
