At Hollister I worked as a Brand Representative. I mainly was at register assisting patients with transactions, answer phones, and sometimes training new employees. If I was not at the register, I was assisting customer with clothes, restocking, and manger assistance.

I worked as a dental assistant, assisting the Dentist with cleanings, x-rays, molds and casts, and anything else that was needed of me. I was then promoted to front desk management. In this position I did all the insurance work for the patients, such as submitting claims, collecting payments, answer phone calls and assisting with problems regarding patients or insurances. I even spoke to insurance on the phone and troubleshooted their problems as well.
