I am also supporting to build multi-sector coalitions to develop an ecosystem to achieve SDGs by engaging and liaising business leaders with leading issue experts in academia, international organisations, governments and civil society.

I have contributed to provide guidance on E&S framework of blended finance facilities backed by the UN Environment to promote deforestation-free, sustainable commodities supply chain. I designed TCFD-based KPIs that capture progresses in banks' in-house investment procedures and governance for natural capital/agricultural financing to support the UN member states to achieve their NDCs required by the Paris Agreement.

My major contribution was to reduce investment risks and identified opportunities in portfolios by conducting sustainable investment analysis of companies (via research and analysis, publications, presentations). Also, I stimulated the ESG materiality dialogue with a range of stakeholders.

I helped the launch of the world first major sustainability index Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI). I have developed and improved the DJSI Sustainability Assessment Methodology for the Financials sector. Also, I was active in engaging with SRI/ESG investing communities in Japan.

I researched and analysed sustainability awareness among the top management globally, based on the UNEP/SustainAbility methodology. I co-authored a report on the research findings together with Mr John Elkington.

I played a pipeline between the joint ventures in Indonesia and the headquarters in Japan to support the development and implementation of business strategies and projects in Indonesia, incl. drafting performance reports of the JVs to the Group Board of Directors. I also monitored the foreign direct investment regulatory landscape and trends in Indonesia.
