Mrs. Oleynikov, Project Director is responsible for IC Net's global business development as well as ongoing projects with multilateral donors. She is also responsible for the operations at the IC Net USA office.As a agricultural specialist, she was responsible for gathering and analyzing supply and demand data on US, Canadian, and Australian crops. The analysis was used to draft reports for the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of the Government of Japan. She has completed three farm visits with Ministry officials within the US (Illinois, Michigan), Australia (Victoria), and Canada (Ontario).She was the Evaluation Specialist for seven evaluation projects in 1. waster water management and reforestation management in China; 2.fisheries management in Antigua and Barbuda and Grenada; as well as 3. bridge and road construction in Mongolia, Tajikistan, and Indonesia. She was responsible for the research methodology, data collection strategy, and dissemination of the results with the Japanese government and recipient governments. She has traveled extensively to these countries to carry out interviews with local and national government authorities.She was a Project Manager under the Leader with Associates scheme to USAID contractors such as former Academy for Educational Development, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Higher Education for Development with monitoring and new business development responsibilities in South Africa, Jordan, Algeria, and Guatemala. Her competencies include Flash Professional, microeconomics, econometrics, program management, malnutrition and natural disasters, EpiNut, STATA, SPSS, monitoring and evaluation, food security, web content management, proposal writing and basic budgeting.Languages: Fluent English, Spanish, Japanese and basic French
