CurrentThe employee studies, evaluates, and provides policy and procedural recommendations concerning internal administrative operations, organizational structures, and management initiatives related to their assigned organization.Reviews newly established proposed procedures and processes to ensure work is being accomplished as projected and that work products accurately reflect the desired result; develops and coordinates organizational and process changes as needed in response to shifting program emphasis and redirected program priorities.Conducts detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes and makes recommendations for improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of work and program operations.
