• Significant role in redesigning and updating the control system for steam generator secondary side maintenance tooling. Responsibilities included:
• Defining Design Requirements and Control System Architecture
• Conducting hardware and software (C#) integration tests on Servo Motors and Servo Drives
• Conducting an FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to identify failure modes, failure causes, and respective mitigation strategies for the new control system
• Creating a detailed 3D mechanical assembly model of the control box in Autodesk Inventor, along with 2D assembly/part drawings and BOMs
• Assisted in the software development of the HMI

• Led the Electrical Subteam through the design of the robot's power distribution system, which included requirements definition, system architecture definition, leading FMEA sessions, and final schematic creation.
• Provided training and guidance for new team members in various areas such as power electronics, FMEAs, and controlling stepper motors.
• Created electrical schematics for the power distribution system in EasyEDA.
• Supervised the team members during the characteristic testing of the stepper motors, which included creating test plans, performing the actual tests, and recording and interpreting test results.
