As the Chief Technology Officer at Original Syndicate, I oversee all technological aspects of the company, from strategy and systems design to implementation and quality assurance. I lead our tech team, manage resources, and ensure seamless integration of technology in both internal and external projects. My role includes researching emerging technologies, driving innovation, and maintaining high standards across all projects. With a focus on collaboration, I work closely with various departments and contractors to deliver cutting-edge solutions and enhance our capabilities. In my role as Head of Technical Solutions, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks and long term strategy of the Technical Solutions team in the Americas. I grew the team from 2 to 6 people in less than a year and established best practices for design, integration, and deployment of complex interactive video systems across multiple verticals, including film/tv/broadcast, concert touring, and location based experiences.

As Technical Solutions Specialist, my job was primarily to act as the technical sounding board and fact checker between the customer and the internal sales organization, as well as acting as a liaison between sales, product management, and product development.

As Technical Sales Manager, I was responsible for maintaining existing and generating new revenue opportunities across multiple verticals, including concert touring, location based experiences, theater, and film/tv/broadcast on the US west coast. I established and managed the company's Los Angeles office, which today employs more than 20 people full time.

As International Sales Manager I was responsible for the Professional Lighting business area which required managing and developing OEM partnerships as well as a global distribution network. I developed new OEM relationships which established the company as a market leader within the film/tv/broadcast vertical and resulted in a 30% revenue increase.

In my role as Technical Sales Engineer I acted as the link between sales, R&D and product management. I provided technical support, consultation and training both internally and to customers and users world wide.

As Senior R&D Engineer I took part in designing, developing and maintaining software and hardware for wireless lighting control solutions aimed towards Entertainment, Architainment and Architectural applications. The position required a high degree of insight and proficiency in industry standard protocols and technologies. The job also involved daily support and training of customers across the world.

Designed and developed custom SCM and WMS systems for manufacturing of wireless microwave radios.
