• Led 12 stations and three work-centers with 65 Marines covering 34k square miles, responsible for personnel supervision and administrative, logistics, fiscal and public affairs management. Personally established and managed: an annual budget in excess of $750k, the maintenance and upkeep of a fleet of 70 vehicles and 37 facilities, major recruiting events, and human resources requirements, enabling support staff and the recruiting force to maintain a mission focus. • Directly screened and facilitated the selection of highly qualified applicants for full scholarships from the Western NY and PA region to universities across the country, exceeding annual quotas by 52%.• Developed and implemented milestones, training, and policy directing the prioritization and engagement of high schools and community colleges within my area of responsibility maximizing the prospecting results of the recruiting force. • Directly facilitated two mergers between adjacent units and successfully migrated 48 personnel into and out of the unit as part of a national restructure, ensuring a fluid transition that enabled the unit to meet and exceed monthly and annual recruiting quotas and quality standards.

• Hand Selected as a tier-1 leader to fill a critical recruiting leadership role, directly effecting the future of the Marine Corps organization, public image, and mission accomplishment. • Developed and adapted mission requirements in fluid response to fluctuating manpower and sub-ordinate performance shortfalls, for an area encompassing 27k square miles and 51 personnel. I enabled the efficient maneuver of 1.4k applicants through the medical, administrative, and developmental enlistment processes to meet or exceed monthly and annual recruiting sales quotas for 25 consecutive months. • Directly established two lasting policy and information management techniques adopted by adjacent commands, benefitting the contracting power and communication flow of units across the nation.• Efficiently managed the most successful electronic lead management program in the nation, which contributed 26% of the contracts to the recruiting force annually, compared to the 12% standard.• AWARDS: Annual Superior Achiever Fiscal Year 2014, Annual Superior Achiever Fiscal Year 2015

• Diligently maintained over $390M worth of Marine Corps property, including: aircraft, weapon systems, special mission equipment, tools, and flight equipment without error; ensuring strict accordance to organization and inspection cycles which contributed to fluid turnover between personnel and rotating detachments.• Identified and submitted corrective action for 11 fleet-wide heavy helicopter maintenance material issues, which saved the Marine Corps millions of dollars in downed aircraft time, and Maintenance Material procurement expenses.• Concurrently managed five separate divisions, performing the jobs of three company grade officers, filling leadership gaps across the maintenance department. In doing so I completely re-hauled and streamlined work-centers and enabled the procurement of gear and facility equipment that directly contributed to equipment availability, flight safety, and ultimately mission and crew readiness.• Prepared and published the monthly maintenance plan and a comprehensive maintenance analysis, which enabled the Maintenance Director to make critical manpower and maintenance decisions.• Hand selected to attend Weapons and Tactics Instructor course as the East Coast CH-53E Aviation Maintenance and Logistics Manager, assuming the highest logistical priority for Headquarters Marine Corps. In the performance of this special assignment I directly facilitated the preparedness of aircraft for the Marine Corps most elite pilots, and enhanced the combat readiness of every Marine Corps heavy helicopter squadron in the country. • AWARDS: Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Aerial Observer/Gunner Wings

• Managed the daily maintenance, supply, and reporting requirements for heavy helicopter detachment in support of Joint Task Force operations for eight consecutive months, which provided ready for flight aircraft for contingency operations in the region.• Directly enabled and sustained the highest measured readiness levels that the detachment had seen in over 18 months through effective management of the supply chain, personnel, and processes within one month of arrival. Due to the enhanced readiness of the squadron, the Joint Task Force increased reliance and mission assignment volume to the squadron to include: emergency casualty evacuation operations conducted within minutes of notification, re-supply, transport, and high-profile insert/extract operations. • Developed a first of its kind one week rotary wing aviation maintenance period of instruction for Djiboutian Air Force Officers, which directly enabled their understanding of task organization and prioritization, manpower management, training, supply chain management and maintenance leadership. • AWARDS: Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Expeditionary Global War on Terror Medal
