In doing so I completely re-hauled and streamlined work-centers and enabled the procurement of gear and facility equipment that directly contributed to equipment availability, flight safety, and ultimately mission and crew readiness.• Prepared and published the monthly maintenance plan and a comprehensive maintenance analysis, which enabled the Maintenance Director to make critical manpower and maintenance decisions.• Hand selected to attend Weapons and Tactics Instructor course as the East Coast CH-53E Aviation Maintenance and Logistics Manager, assuming the highest logistical priority for Headquarters Marine Corps.
