I have nine years of experience in partnerships and stakeholder management, acquired while implementing community health systems strengthening programs in different culturally diverse settings. Working with Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation - Uganda, I have played a key role in shaping our community systems strengthening approach, setting up critical structures and harnessing partnerships to offer our beneficiaries interventions that are carefully designed and tailored to address their individual needs. Baylor-Uganda is now recognized by donors and peers to be having one of the most robust community health systems in Uganda.This success has been made possible through careful selection of community-based organizations and community volunteers to partner with, along with deliberate capacity enhancement efforts, which I spearheaded.I have a bachelor's degree in Development Economics, a post-graduate diploma in Project Planning and Management, and I am currently pusuing a masters degree in Business Administration, majoring in Project Planning and Management.Over the years, I have honed my skills in people management, stakeholder engagement, and training. Additionally, I have developed outstanding written and verbal communication skills that have used to maintain cordial relationships with our partners and stakeholders.I am skilful with Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Excel, making me very productive and able to deliver efficiently on my tasks.My work experience includes two years at Ministry Of Justice as a Research Assistant on the Judicial Commission of Enquiry on the Misuse of UPE/USE Funds; then nine years at Baylor-Uganda, starting off as a Community Linkage Officer cum Team Leader, then Community Based Organizations Coordinator, and now as Community Systems Strengthening Coordinator.I am multilingual and able to comfortably speak and understad English, French, Luganda, Luo, and Lusoga. I also have basic kowledge and understanding of several other languages including Spanish, Rutooro, Runyankole, Swahili and Ateso.
