For 60 years, OMERS has been the steward and guardian of the retirement income of more than half a million municipal employees across Ontario. In service of our members, I lead the multi-disciplinary Platform Engineering team working to uphold the Pension Promise. I manage and deliver a portfolio of customer-facing, cloud-native data & technology platforms for OMERS and Oxford business and operational units. I build and operate the Data & BI Platforms, API and Integration Platform, Internal Developer Platform, and RPA Platform for a global clientele across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.My Platform Engineering team:- Partners with lines of business and operations teams to deliver quality-checked enterprise data domains for BI and Analytics use.- Partners with business owners to increase interoperability between people, processes, and technology through integration and automation of cloud and on-prem apps.- Offers monitored, governed, and secure self-serve solutions for federated development teams to problem-solve for themselves.

The primary mission of the ITC Data Management and Business Intelligence unit is to implement solutions for delivering in real-time, near-real-time, and non-real-time the enterprise's data to internal as well as external partners. Implemented and provided project support for Master Data Reconciliation, Investment Platform, Financial Planning Platform, FATCA Compliance, Common Services Gateway, Customer Interaction Management, and Management Reporting and Internal Controls.

SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) specialist responsible for technical specifications and implementation of data migration plans for SAP and non-SAP sources to SAP ECC.

•Senior MDM Product Consultant and Business Analyst at American (Fortune 150) retailer for developing next generation customer data system.•Role requires steady communication with senior managers, project managers, business track owners, development managers, product consultant engineers, and production support teams.•Deliverables include MDM service requirements, MDM production support software (SOA), MDM production deployments, data quality and governance process, project task management, customer and email preference design and implementation for online channels, ETL requirements, data modeling/mapping, customer training, test case composition, and QA/UAT support.

Doctoral candidate in the Department of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Conducted research applicable in large data set composition and pattern analysis. Coursework and research completed in supply chain management, probabilistic design, and neural networks.
