In 2023 she joined the board of TriWest Healthcare Alliance a business serving military and Veteran communities across 26 states with $1.4B in revenues, and the board of Movius, a $22M AI-powered, leading global provider of mobile unified communications. She is a member of the Board of Trustees & audit committee member for the Blue Shield of California Foundation, a $34M nonprofit, and a member of the Harrisburg University Cybersecurity Advisory Board, to name a few. Lisa currently serves as EVP and Chief Information Officer of Blue Shield of California, a nonprofit health plan with $24 billion in annual revenue. She leads and develops the digital transformation strategy to transform the healthcare system, supporting cybersecurity and leveraging digital technology, data, and analytics to accelerate the delivery of modern digital services and capabilities to improve the customer and provider experience. Prior to Blue Shield, Lisa served as VP and General Manager of Enterprise & Government Data Center Group for Intel Corporation. There she turned around the $9 billion failing global data center business, bringing it back to profitability after it experienced a 7-year decline. Prior to Intel, she was the CIO at Georgetown University where she created and executed a digital transformation that modernized the institution’s infrastructure and provided digital tools and services to ensure competitiveness as a top-tier university.She is a recognized expert in Cloud, Edge, and Cyber Security technologies and architecture. She is a champion for women in STEM fields and is the Executive Sponsor of Blue Shield of California’s employee resource group, OpVet, .
