I am always looking to connect with organizations and individuals who value diversity, equity, and inclusion and support a more diverse talent pipeline into professional working spaces. I am an advocate for first-generation and multicultural students and believe in intentional student engagement and experiential learning opportunities that help students develop a better understanding of their career pathways. Having experience as a first-generation and student of color, I want to support our FGS/multicultural students and close the opportunity gap by partnering with those in the community who have a passion for helping all students succeed. Strengths: Harmony, Communication, Discipline, Maximizer, Consistency.Follow me on Twitter: @MakoMillerKCDM me - Let's have coffee!
