Human Resource assistant in part time (20 hours a week). As my latest tasks, I helped in recruiting and the hiring procedure. Also personally I was controlling, planning the employee’s job aptitude test appointments. At the end of the month I helped to gather attendance sheets and then I recorded those datas to Serpa/ Nexon (administration programes). On the everyday basis I was helping my collegues in emerging tasks.

I was also given the privilige to help newly hired employees to know how everyday operations were build up, in other words, mentoring/teaching them.
