My position at Norlys was transferred to Elnetselskabet N1 due to organizational changes. As a Senior Project Manager in Norlys and Elnetselskabet N1, I have been responsible for leading IT deliverables within a large-scale strategic program. My approach has focused on empowering development, architecture, and platform integration teams, with a strong emphasis on aligning business processes with IT systems. By collaborating with steering committees, program leaders, technical teams, and suppliers, I have facilitated the implementation of technologies such as Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and Delta Lake.A key part of this project has been the digitalization of the entire metering process, from customer meter data collection to the seamless integration with Energinet’s DataHub. This platform manages billions of data points, ensuring the secure and efficient transfer of metered data to energy suppliers for billing and regulatory purposes. Our work involved transitioning from legacy systems to modernized infrastructure that supports real-time data flows, enabling more efficient energy management and accurate invoicing. The integrated system also aligns with Denmark's goal of enhancing energy grid reliability and sustainability.Elnetselskabet N1 is Denmark's second-largest grid operator, managing 850,000 metering points across Jutland.
