About Max J. Krol

As a Customer Relationship Manager, I ensure my clients’ success by staying ahead of each one’s needs so that deliverables are met on time, and onboarding and project implementation proceed flawlessly. My technical background informs my approach to proactively avoiding issues as well as responding to problems as soon as they arise. Therefore, when a client’s financial institution imposed a last-minute change to their payment infrastructure, I deployed technical support teams within one day to successfully avoid impending non-compliance penalties. Another client was dissatisfied with the assigned project manager, so I took on IT support for this client; customer success with our product led to a new multi-year contract. I also turned around a challenged large-scale implementation by taking over the project management and engaging daily with the client to ensure their success and satisfaction with our service. Ensuring client success often means going outside normal channels to seek solutions. I expedited the resolution to a client’s banking issue by personally engaging with my banking contacts instead of just advising the client on how to work with the bank himself; this avoided any delay in the project timeline. I believe strongly that being transparent with clients is the only way to build trust and commit to their success with products and services. When I learned that a client’s project had failed to meet the standards outlined in the service level agreement, I immediately went to the client’s office to deliver the news in person and work with my contact to communicate the problem internally. This level of commitment led to retaining a client that we would otherwise surely have lost.
